At Jawonio, our pre-vocational services are designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. Available in both Rockland and Westchester Counties, our program focuses on enhancing job readiness by teaching essential skills like communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Through a mix of center-based activities and community engagement, participants gain hands-on experience in various work environments, preparing them for future job placements.
