Pre-Employment Work Readiness Program
The Pre-Employment /Work Readiness Program is a structured, non-clinical initiative designed to support adults living with mental health diagnoses in building the skills necessary for employment, advocacy, and independent living. The program integrates self-advocacy and wellness into a welcoming classroom environment, offering hybrid learning options and a rolling curriculum that accommodates participants at any entry point.
Eligibility
Participation is by referral only. This program serves:
• Adults (18+) referred by healthcare providers, case managers, or mental health professionals.
• Individuals with mental health challenges who are currently stable and not in acute crisis.
• Those seeking Pre- employment vocational readiness, advocacy skills, and basic life skills in a supportive setting.
Program Goals
• Prepare participants for employment through structured skill-building.
