Drop-In Centers are a non-clinical, referral-based drop-in social program designed to support adults living with varying degrees of mental health diagnosis who are currently in a stable phase of their recovery.
This welcoming space offers opportunities for social engagement, creative expression, skill-building, and personal development — all in a safe and stigma-free environment.
Eligibility
Participation is by referral only. This program serves:
Adults (18+) who have been referred by a healthcare provider, case manager, or mental health professional.
Individuals who are experiencing or have experienced mental health challenges but are currently stable and not in acute crisis.
Those seeking social connection, structured support, and access to wellness resources in a relaxed, peer-focused setting.

Promote social connectedness to reduce isolation and loneliness.
Encourage routine and structure through weekly engagement.
Provide low-pressure, meaningful activities to build confidence and promote wellness.
