Jawonio Summer Education Program

Jawonio’s Summer Education Program provides an educational and recreational extended school year program for children ages 5-21 with disabilities. This 6-week summer day program provides academic and recreational programming by certified special education teachers and related-services according to each child’s IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and is licensed by the NYS Department of Education for extended school year services.

Children are placed in the summer education program through their school district Committee on Special Education. A private pay option is available.
