Jawonio’s Community Living Services Division offers empowering homes for adults, fostering independence and a world of opportunity. Our mission, rooted in innovative professional services since 1947, caters to diverse needs and preferences. From independent living-style apartments to 24/7 supported community residences, Jawonio is committed to supporting individuals every day, today, and throughout their lifetime.
Eligibility
- Applicants must qualify for eligibility through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
- Individuals must be authorized for residential placement by the Certified Residential Opportunities department of the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities.
- Age 18 or older
- Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver enrollment is required if living with family.
