Currently Seeking an Overnight Manager to oversee the off-peak hours specifically late evening and overnight operations of our Community Living Services Houses, including supervising Direct Care staff. Ensures smooth operations in the delivery of services. Reviews and oversees adherence to documentation and billing requirements. Holds periodic fire drills, reviews logs, etc. Visits residences during the late evening and overnight hours, holds staff meetings and trainings with personnel as requested, and observes care of the individuals living in the homes during this shift. Ensures individuals are offered a home-like, safe living environment. May provide direct care services when necessary.
Works on an itinerant basis, regularly visiting all of the residences.

Education/Experience: Associates Degree in Human Services field plus at least 3 years of experience in the OPWDD field, OR Bachelor’s Degree plus one year exp. Group home managerial experience is preferred. Additional experience in the field may be substituted for an Associate’s degree with approval from Director of CLS.
· Daily access to an automobile is required.
· A valid NY State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
· Must be cleared/maintain acceptable record under NY state mandated criminal background check process
· Must be clear and maintain an acceptable record under the Medicaid Fraud & Abuse clearance process.
· On-going training/education as part of development related to position. Programs are regulated by OPWDD, OCFS & DOH.
